Enjoy a pre-round buffet, 18 holes of golf and a very special all you can eat crab fest party to follow accompanied by great entertainment. 1:30pm shotgun start. 29 – Friday – Mays Landing CC 50th Anniversary Celebration. 6pm Bring your family and friends out to enjoy the nights activities, including complimentary amusements such as bounce rides, barnyard pets, pony rides and magic shows followed by a spectacular firework show! We are offering FREE admission to this event. A variety of food and drinks, including our Famous Fraser Crab Cakes, will be available for purchase. This special event will be dedicated to Executive Chef Rick Lafferty, who passed away suddenly on May 28th 2011. A culinary scholarship will be established in his name at the Atlantic Cape Community College Culinary School.

6 – Saturday, Sunday 7, Greate Bay Club Championship Semifinals- August 6th and Finals – August 7th Time: Tee times will be assigned by Proshop after qualifying Format: Individual Match Play Fee: $40 per player

9-12 – PGA Championship – The Ocean Course, Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

25-26 – Peter Sellers Invitational Date: August 25th- Cocktail & Pairings Party, August 26th Event Time: 6:00 pm Cocktail Party, 8:30 am Shotgun Event Format: 1 Better Ball of 2 at 80% handicap Fee: $340 includes cocktail party, shirt, golf and prizes Description: 31 years this event has been going on and is a greate deal of fun. Partners are drawn the night before at the Cocktail Party. The Entry List is split between “A” and “B” players. Once the partners are picked the betting amongst teams takes off. The Golf Course is set up with many pin placements being in the hardest spots imaginable.

OCTOBER

1 - Saturday - and Sunday, October 2nd Time: Tee times begin @ 8:30am each day Format: 36 Holes Team Formats Day One, 18 Holes individual Day Two. Fee: $60 includes Pairings Party and Golf Shirt ( Golf Fees not included) Description: This is Greate Bay’s version of the Ryder Cup. Teams will be chosen by two appointed Captain’s. Those Captains will then decide the teams that will play each other in each format. There is 1 point available for each match. Round 1 – Better Ball of Partners, Round 2 – 2 person alternate shot, Round 3 – Individual Match Play.
